Built in GRP by the prolific Italian yard Benetti to ABS class, Malta Charter Code and MCA compliant, NELA is a 42m (138’) tri-deck motor yacht for charter, built in 2014 as the 3^rd hull of the yard’s Benetti Crystal 140 series and benefitted from comprehensive refits in 2021 and 2025. She features exterior styling by yacht designer Stefano Righini with large exterior living spaces and expansive windows to allow natural light to flow into the interior accommodation.

NELA’s expansive sundeck features deep sink-in sofas, generous sunpads and loungers inviting guests to unwind beneath a retractable sunshade. A large dining table sets the scene for leisurely lunches or relaxed dinners at anchor. Come sundown, a dropdown TV and high-spec sound system transform the space into a breezy open-air cinema.

The foredeck boasts a brand new Jacuzzi with awnings and sun pads inviting afternoon lounging or a sunset aperitivo.

Francois Zuretti designed the contemporary and stylish interiors of NELA and notable design features include an upper saloon with Fendi touch and large circular dining table. A large main deck saloon incorporates a leisure area with comfortable, seating, a bar and entertainment centre, and leads forward into a formal dining room.

Her intelligent design sets the tender garage amidships with a side door for launching, freeing up space astern for a sizeable beach club with day head and steam shower. Her luxury and comfortable accommodation is for 10 guests in 5 en-suite staterooms consisting of a master suite on the main deck, 2 VIP doubles and convertible twin cabin belowdecks. This motor yacht also carries quarters for 9 crew members for superior service on-board.

NELA is a displacement long-range yacht, powered by twin 1450 Hp Caterpillar engines, providing a maximum speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 11 knots and an unbelievable range of 4,000 nautical miles at cruise speed. This luxury yacht for charter is also fitted with underway and at-anchor “zero-speed” stabilizers that increase on-board comfort when the yacht is stationary.
