Berth Description

The PORT OF LA RAGUE is located west of the Gulf of La Napoule at the western end of the town of Mandelieu, slightly set back from the outskirts of Cannes. The valley in which it is located marks a boundary between an urbanized area to the east and the more residential and unspoiled setting of the Esterel Mountains and its coast, remarkable for the volcanic red rocks that border it.

By its location, the PORT OF LA RAGUE is therefore a relatively separate world, offering a peaceful and pleasant environment for boaters. The port also has the peculiarity of being crossed by the railway, on the Pont de La Rague, which makes it easy to spot the port from the sea.

The PORT DE LA RAGUE has a capacity of 423 berths, of which a little less than a quarter are reserved for short stays. The vast majority of its mooring slips are intended for recreational boats, especially for vessels up to 12 m long. The maximum size of yachts the harbour can accommodate is 40 m.

Thanks to its shipyard, the port offers the possibility of keeping the boats out of the water and which also offers winterizing under a shed a few hundred meters inland, for larger units. Labelled “Clean Port”, it offers all services, including a fuel station, restaurant-bars and many shops. Its friendly atmosphere makes it a port with a family character.

The port of LA RAGUE is a private port, managed by the Société d’Exploitation du Port de la Rague (SEPR).
