This 181’ CODECASA 55M Superyacht for sale is a 4-deck fully-custom displacement motor yacht with high technical and quality standards. Built on a steel hull and aluminium superstructure by the Italian shipyard in 2020, the yacht was delivered to her Owner during summer 2021 with an impressive gross tonnage of 750 GT.

The technical project has been totally developed by the Codecasa in-house team while her exterior features clean and elegant lines, according to the yard tradition and the Codecasa Yachts family feeling. Her interior was designed by the Owner’s interior designer in cooperation with the yard’s Style Department and feature comfortable and bright areas, thanks to the natural light coming from the large windows on each deck.

The sundeck is dedicated to tanning but not only. Part of it is enclosed and dedicated to host a fully equipped gym with air conditioning as well as a full bathroom with shower.

The cockpit situated on the main deck aft, has loads of room in which to relax. It is furnished with comfortable seats and low tables partly protected from direct sunlight thanks to the main deck’s overhang.

The upper deck offers a large dining area aft in the stern end which comprises two sofas and a breathtaking sea view away from curious prying eyes. The entire exterior decor has not been overlooked with fine fixed and loose furniture.

BRIDGE

Innovative TEAM ITALIA i-Bridge® installed onboard with integrated electronic NAV COM solutions. This bridge has an unusual design, a modern interpretation that brings to mind the observation point at the helm of the old sailing ships: the presence of a central, walk-around island and two side peninsulas placed against the windows, ensures total control in every operational situation.

The mixture of tradition and extremely reliable modern architecture is, without doubt, one of the most innovative aspects of this new bridge by TEAM ITALIA, which once again has successfully integrated multiple onboard systems to achieve greater reaction speed and ease of use.
