Delivered in spring 2013, the CURVELLE QUARANTA 34M Power Catamaran is Curvelle’s flagship model. This maxi motor catamaran features 6 double cabins all on the main deck, with flexible cabin arrangements and each with a huge window. The saloon, dining room, bridge and aft deck are on the deck above. The top deck offers a Jacuzzi, wetbar and additional dining area for 12. Space, performance, flexibility, comfort, and better fuel economy… the twin-hull form of the Curvelle Quaranta motor catamaran offers significant advantages.

The Curvelle superyacht catamarans use substantially less engine power and fuel consumption to cruise quickly and efficiently. They are more manoeuvrable and draw less than a typical ocean-going monohull. The CURVELLE QUARANTA 34M is powered by twin 1925 Hp CAT Diesel engines and delivers over 20 knots at sea trials and has an economical cruising speed of 12 to 16 knots. With her explorer-yacht range of 4,200 nautical miles, you can go far beyond your usual cruising grounds and discover remote destinations.

Two hulls give this Superyacht more stability and an abundance of space and natural light on higher decks. The CURVELLE QUARANTA 34M has four decks in total and an impressively large 9m (29ft 6in) beam. This is 2m (6ft 6in) wider and one more deck than would be found on a comparable monohull. This creates about 50% more space for guests than on a 34,1m (111ft 6in) monohull and is more comparable with guest space on a 40 – 42m (135ft) monohull, thus her name “QUARANTA”.

Having been able to build 6 comfortable and spacious luxury guest staterooms on the yacht’s main deck, and a magnificent saloon and dining area on the deck above, the highly flexible layout system in the CURVELLE QUARANTA 34M Power Catamaran offers a choice of accommodation arrangements. The configuration can be changed in a matter of hours. Guests can choose from 3 spacious suites with his-and-hers en-suite bathrooms and private sitting rooms, or 6 doubles or 6 twins or any of the 20 combinations of these. Form each of the 6 guest cabins, you can enjoy the panoramas of your cruise with 2,7m wide windows. Thus, Quaranta’s unique and extremely clever design creates truly flexible living spaces with cabin layouts that can be changed to suit the number of guests on board. Over 20 layout configurations are possible to suit any request.

And on top of that, with her beach club that’s capable of lifting 3 tons, you can not only carry a limousine tender, but you can now cruise with your car, or even a mini-submarine for exploring shipwrecks, coral reefs, sea life, and other underwater fascinations.

CONSTRUCTION

• Light-weight Carbon/E-glass Hybrid Epoxy composite hulls and superstructure, teak decks.
• Curvelle uses state-of-the-art construction techniques with vacuum bagged carbon and carbon e-glass hybrid composites bonded with epoxy on Airex PVC.
