While the naval architecture was ensured by Pierluigi Ausonio, the exterior design was penned by Alberto Mancini, characterized by sleek and clean lines. The beauty of the AZIMUT GRANDE 26M is not solely a matter of exterior and interior design elements that perfectly combine with Azimut’s essence.

All the outdoor areas, including the flybridge, bow lounge and cockpit are exceptionally spacious, thanks to the innovative design philosophy of the yacht, balancing her striking sportive, with aesthetics and allowing for extensive glazed surfaces visible from the profile. Despite benefiting from a hard top, the yacht’s proportions give her the streamlined feel of a coupé.

Built with versatility in mind, the opening transom comes all the way up to lie flush with the aft edge of the main deck. This innovative area offers boundless views of the sea and a walkaround table, accessible on all four sides. From the extended, full-beam Maxi Fly down to the elongating cockpit, and finally to the bathing platform, the AZIMUT GRANDE 26M boasts a wasteless use of space for the outdoor areas. Guests have a rich selection of terraces on the sea.

For hosting on the fly, a full-size table for 10 guests is served by an American bar and an extra storage cabinet, under the variable shelter of the opening hardtop. An elongated flybridge named Maxi Fly, expands this social environment.

The bow lounge offers guests an additional retreat, ideal for unwinding, relaxing and enjoying maximum exposure to the marine environment. While the forward-facing sofa is permanent, the counter facing one can fold down the backrest to serve as a headrest for sunbathing time.

The AZIMUT GRANDE 26M is powered by twin 1650 Hp MAN Diesel engines + ZF POD drives, the yacht boasts an exhilarating maximum speed of 28 knots, comfortably cruises at 24 knots and reaches her maximum range at her eco speed of 20 knots

Automatic interceptors by Humphree give the vessel the lift it needs to get up on plane faster or to reach that optimum running trim. Resistance of the hull is automatically optimised for every speed and load condition, this resulting in increased speed and lower fuel consumption.

Interiors are designed by Achille Salvagni with full-height windows in the stylish saloon with formal dining table for 10. The galley bulkhead panel opens up to enhance communication and serve as a pass through. A single windshield stretches wide across the internal helm station, providing excellent visibility over the flush glass displays.

Accommodation is provided for up to 11 guests in 5 en-suite cabins. The full-height windows in the Owner’s suite offer extraordinary views of the sea. The vanity-desk to starboard barely occupies a fraction of the frame, working with the large reflective surface and the extension of the suite into the forward washing a dressing area to expand the perception of space.
